It shows serious distortions and errors: the river Cottica occurs twice, one of which is an exaggerated representation of the Perica creek." The map also contains numerous names of land owners, and information on (relative) population numbers and qualities such as "Acoquas hier is t' seer talryk van Volk", "Ioods Dorp en Synagoge" and "Moroux dit Volk is heel Barbarisch en Wraakgierig".
