- Lacks 17 lvs. (index lvs. 3-8, CLXXXIII-CLXXXVII, CCXXXVIII-CCXXXX, CCLXXII, CCLXXXVI and the last leaf) which are supplied in photocopies and bound accordingly; ±40 lvs. repaired mainly in lower blank margin (6 lvs. w. loss of text/ image); fingersoiled throughout; heavily annotated in blank margins and between text in 2 different hands, one hand dating back to 1520 and one 17th cent. hand. Professionally rebacked w. use of orig. binding; leather over covers worn; backcover stained.
