[Maritime history]. (Ship model of a four master).
Probably of a Dutch ship, ±1930, 175x157x60 cm. (total), 160x49x35 cm. (hull), hull of Indonesian hardwood, 14 cotton sails, num. iron parts (i.a. 82 canons), num. thin ropes, 2 large wooden anchors, 2 loosely added lifeboats (mounted to each other), on a dark wooden base.
- Sails partly dustsoiled; lacking a few tin ornaments; a few sl. soiled spots to the hull. Overall a nearly fine model.
= Contains many other details, i.a. pulleys, naval hooks, gilt tin ornaments, wooden barrels, crow's nests and a wooden cabin. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE CLXXI.
