- Very vague stain in centre. = Hollstein 22, 3rd state (of 5).

- Very good, later impressions on wove paper; good margins; trifle yellowed; verso of both w. remnants of former mount.
= Hollstein 27 and 28, 2nd state (of 2).
- Slightly yellowed.
= Rare very early print with letterpress text below and on verso. From the collection of "Werther", with his collector's blindstamps (not in Lugt).
- Sl. foxed in righthand border. Otherwise very fine.
= With a contemp. manuscript annot. in upper blank margin: "como si puniscono li simoniaci" (how the simonists are punished).
- Fine, w. wide margins. = Rare, not found in collections or in literature.
- All trimmed just outside the border line.
= Very rare series of splendid miniature engravings. Supplied with a letter by Th. Laurentius to the consigner: "Uw prenten vreten aan me: ik ken ze niet en zelfs het watermerk (3 Franse lelies + 1 kroon) kan ik nergens terugvinden" and a former paper mount (with an unidentified collector's mark). = Bartsch (as Dürer) 18; Hollstein 124, the second state (of 2). On laid paper with a watermark showing a monogram "E" within a circle (Piccard, found in a document dated Augsburg, 1593).
- (Irregularly) browned.
= Curiously designed print with a small central oval portrait of Benjamin Franklin in front of various pernicious scenes in the upper half of the print and an oval portrait of H. Wester, J. Nieuwenhuizen and Th. van Swinderen [founders/ important members of the Maatschappij tot nut van het Algemeen] in front of scenes of industry, happiness and wealth in the lower half. The letters of the text blend in intricately with the appropriate scene. The letters of the words "Ledigheid" are filled with small portraits of famous men the letters of the words "Nijverheid en Vlijt" are filled with 35 small portraits of well known Dutch historical figures. The small numbers next to these faces refer to a legend which is not present here.
- Occas. sl. browned in margins.
= Partly with the accompanying text leaf. The complete set comprises 84 portraits.
AND 6 other (sm.) engravings, i.a. "Beëediging des genootschaps Pro Aris et Focis (...)" (ibid., idem, ±1790. Closed marginal tear. F.M. 4789b) and "Vergadering des Oeconomischen Taks (...)" (engraving by S. FOKKE after V. VAN DER VINNE, without address. Sl. foxed. F.M. 4329a).
- Trifle duststained in margins.
= F.M. 4475 (31 Dec. 1781): "Spotprent op de voor korten tijd gestaakte uitgave en vermeende dood van dit Oranje blad, van 1781 tot 83 door R.M. van Goens te Utrecht en anderen geschreven volgens zijne autobiographie (...). Links het huis van P.F. Gosse, Libraire de la Cour (op de hoek van de Vijverberg en de Gevangenpoort) waar vier aansprekers met eene vildershondenkar voor de deur staan om het lijk te ontvangen, gevolgd door Luzac op eenen kruiwagen, Van Goens met Jufvr. ten Bosch in een hok, Ds. Hofstede, twee Rotterdamsche boekverkoopers Haalna en Goednet, waar achter de Hertog van Brunswijk en voorts eene groote weenende stoet."

- The second print lower left corner repaired, not affecting the image.
