- Moulded in lower left corner/ lower left margin (affecting scale bar); sl. foxed and yellowed in margins (partly inside the plate).
- Middle fold split at lower end, just affecting image (closed on verso); 2 vertical creases near lower part of middle fold.
= Attractive chart of the west coast of Africa, from Angola northwards to the Gambia. The cartouche possibly by Romeyn de Hooghe and showing an African pulling a crucible from a forge, two European merchants with scales and two African warriors receiving payment from a European merchant in exchange for three African captives. - Vertical crease; sl. browned/ foxed; two sm. brown stains in lower right area; two sm. wormholes in lower center area.
