De gegevens voor het vervaardigen van de kaart zijn voornamelijk ontleend aan de kaart van Justus van Broekhuysen uit 1709 en die van Maurits Walraven uit 1723. Nieuw is de weergave van 's Graveland met de buitenhuizen en de namen van de hoofdbewoners.
