"Urbis Campensis, ad Isolam Fluvium, icon". Partly handcol. engr. bird's eye plan, 23,5x31 cm., from GUICCIARDINI, first half 17th cent.
- Yellowed. = Guicciardini Illustratus 2.1.
- Mounted on board; sl. foxed (mostly in blank margins).
= Very detailed map, depicting all the 18th cent. mansions from Bakkum towards Haarlem.
- Middle fold strengthened on verso; some foxed spots.
= Originally published in De Wit's Townbooks. This copy with the address of Covens & Mortier.
- Three vertical folds; trifle yellowed.
ADDED: 2 large engr. battle views of "Het beleg van Woerde" and "Batalien bij Senef" (both early 18th cent. Tipped onto/ laid down on mount).
- Small tear in upper blank margin. Otherwise fine. = Van Egmond p.121-122.

- Some sl. surface dam. (silverfish) and brown stains in left/ right (blank) margins; a few (closed) tears in upper and lower margin; yellowed.
- A few sm. closed tears in outer blank margins; some foxed spots in lower blank margin.

- Doubled w. Japanese; middle fold partly split (closed); yellowed.

- Left and right edges trimmed; sm. tear on middle fold in lower blank margin.
= Van der Heijden/ Blonk 56, 1st state of 2. Very rare.
- Poor copy: waterstained in lower part; a few closed holes; strengthened on fold on verso; other (sm.) repairs, mostly in margins. Sold w.a.f.
