= Koeman, Maps of Surinam 6: "This map (...) was presumably based on Mogge's map [the oldest known printed map of Surinam] and on the so called ms. map of the Labadist-section. It shows serious distortions and errors: the river Cottica occurs twice, one of which is an exaggerated representation of the Perica creek." The map also contains numerous names of land owners, and information on (relative) population numbers and qualities such as "Acoquas hier is t' seer talryk van Volk", "Ioods Dorp en Synagoge" and "Moroux dit Volk is heel Barbarisch en Wraakgierig".

= Extremely rare map. S.A. Hedin, History of the Exploration in the Kara-Koraum Mountains (Leipzig, 1922, vol.7): "It is a very rough and clumsy sketch from a technical point of view, but it is interesting as a representation of geographical detail. The sources are not mentioned but, as far as Tibet is concerned, we easily find traces of D'Anville, Tieffenthaler and Rennell".
- Tiny thin spot in centre; otherwise fine.
