- Cut on/ just outside the platemark; trifle yellowed. = New Hollstein 36, the 6th and final state.
= Hollstein 35, the second state of 2. Rare. Probably intended as a title print for a series. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE XCIX.
AND 2 other copies in reverse of etchings by the same, both from the series of 7 Oblong landscapes, publ. by C. J. Visscher: Hillegom (Hollstein 19, copy a, numb. "3") and Pennincksveer (Hollstein 21, copy a, numb. "2"), both foxed.
- With a few sm. brown stains. = Hollstein (after) 19 and 22.

- Small tear in lower margin on middle-fold; verso waterst. = Nice night piece.

= Very attractive print in fine contemp. handcolouring, with a fine profile of Haarlem in the background. The date tree symbolizes virtue. Hollstein 116, 2nd state (of 2). Rare. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE XCVII.
- Trimmed just outside the borderline.
= Hollstein 155, 2nd state of 2. Rare portrait and an early business card or personal advertisement. Jan de Paep who himself was employed at the Amsterdam exchange, sells himself as an intermediary or employment agency providing clerks and assistants for merchants and shopkeepers. In the portrait he points towards the inset view of the old Amsterdam exchange, where he probably provided most of his services. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE C.

= Originally printed and published as one plate. Hollstein 83; F.M. suppl. 1846. All with the collector's mark of Friedrich August II of Saxony (Lugt 971) in lower right corner on recto. Besides views of the actual siege, also a view of the farm in the village of Offel where Frederick Hendrick of Orange-Nassau stayed. Rare.
- Some sl. foxing/ thumbing; occas. cut on/ just outside the borderline/ trifle frayed.
= The Amsterdam based publisher Cornelis Visscher started publishing large engravings of biblical scenes from ±1630 onwards, so-called "royaalbijbelprenten". After his death, his heirs continued the production. The engravings were sold separately and were combined in the "Royaalbijbel".
- The 2nd print trimmed to image. = Hollstein 118 and 123 (copy). From the series of Vices.

- Doubled, trimmed on/ just outside the borderline; w. a (glue)stain near upper right corner.
= New Hollstein 8, the 2nd state (of 3).
- Both yellowed. = Hollstein 33, 2nd state of 4 and 36, 1st state of 2. Part of a series of 6 landscapes.
