= A miniature devotional booklet for private use, containing meditations on various religious doctrines and subjects ("De fine creationis hominis", "De morte", "De inferno", as well as various virtues and sins against them. The index is signed "G(h)esius". SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE CIX.
= An official letter of appreciation by a large group of Edam citizens towards the initiative of the gentlemen Felting and Versteegh to re-open (?) the cheese market in Edam, followed by a large list of signatures by Edam citizens, signing this letter or petition.
WITH: Verval en opkomst der Stadt Edam, beneffens een geschiet verhaal; ter gelegentheid van de weder opgerigte Kaas-markt door de bestieringe des alderhoogsten. Monnickendam, printed by Jan Gorter, n.d. (1777), (2),10p., without binding.

- The first 6 leaves of the album were cut out.
= Interesting album: the poems are copied from various sources, i.a. the Mercure de France, Molière, Alexis Piron, De Grécourt, Chaulieu and Horace. The engr. textleaves and engravings (often reverse copies) are from i.a. M.J. SEDAINE, Le tentation de Saint Antoine (±1785), C. GERVAISE DE LATOUCHE, Memoires de Saturnin (1788) and F.-F.F. NOGARET, LAretin Français (1787). Finally the 2 manuscript leaves are probably a draft for a letter "a mon frère" and show the mind of a somewhat misogynist writer. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE CX.
= Family archive of the Marsal and Serre families in the Ardeche department. It includes a marriage certificate of Etienne Serre and Suzanne Marsal (1756), various deeds of sale of property around the town of Marcols, quittances, obligations, personal correspondence, insurance papers and receipts.

= Three documents concerning the extra wing of the city hall of Franeker, which was added to the left of the already existing building in the 18th century. The first document is a type of deed of sale, in which the contracting for the building project is being discussed. It states that a part of the city hall, is to be taken down to construct the extension of the city hall: "Articulen van Verkopinge van een gedeelte van het stadshuis binnen franeker omme het selve af te breken, vertrekkende van de Muijr of gevel west waarts het grooste of hoogste gebouw, staande tot soo verre de stad Franeker west waarts is toebehorende, dog moet de trappen opgang naar de Vijf deels Kaamer onaangeroerd blijven". The second and third document are unsigned contracts or quotations for the building, in which the terms, conditions and payment are agreed for the "Metzelwerk" (masonry) and "Timmerwerk" (carpentry). Discussed are i.a. the measurements and use of materials (masonry: "De Aannemer zal de Zijd gevel van twe steen tot de eerste Balken, en de muiren van de Secreeten in de Kelder van agteren in Kalk en Sement, de Sittingen in alle Secreeten met Steentjes opsetten en van binnen onder de Brillen met Loos, en Lood gebruiken daar 't nodig geoordeelt word (...)") and the payment (carpentry): "De Betaalinge zal worden gedaan op ordtien in drie termijnen het eersten als de tweede laag balken gelegt is het tweede als het gebouw onder dak is en het laaste als het werk geheel is afgedaan en door haar Agtbaarheeden is opgenoomen en goed bevonden".
= Giving consent to the sale of a property to the heirs of Maria van Loon: "(...) continerende een erfmaegescheit ende verdeelinge tussen sijne vrouwe Principalinne en haere mede Erffgenamen van Erffenisse van Vrouwe Maria van Loon in leven ehe vrouwe van Colonel Gualter Schot, in Monnicke Landt gelegen aen den Forstendomb Gelre ende Graeffschap Zutphen". WITH an attached document "Extract uyt den signate van Zuylichem den Ao. 1695".

= Holy Roman Emperor Karl VI ennobled the civil servant Franz Dominico Buttolo in gratitude for his service and henceforth gave him the predicate Von Werffenstein. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE CVIII.
= Rich collection on local history, but als containing quite a few index leaves to various ledgers (not present in the lot). I.a. regulations concerning the so-called "salmsteecken" in the River Maas around Dordrecht and Rotterdam (±1754); the "Staat van de Finance (van Holland) voor 1774-1781/ 1784"; on the origin of and threats posed by "IJsdammen" and on the local support for the solution proposed (±1726; short index to a ledger); "Notitie van het gepasseerde ontrent den Neder Rhijn en IJssel t'sedert den 23. Spt. 1660"; an extract from the "ordinairis Rolle van Proceduren gehouden voor heeren Scheepenen der stad Gorinchem (...) 1673-1696"; (il)legal fishery activities in the River Maas, such as the building of small dams in the river by fishermen that improve fishing but impede safe passage for ships; legal cases in the realm of private law concerning citizens in Gorinchem and surroundings, etc. etc.

= On occasion of the 50th wedding anniversary of Hendrik Enschedé and jonkvrouw Henriette Johanna Elisabeth van Lennep from Heemstede.
= The collection concerns property in the Lange Begijnestraat ("huijs en Erve staande ende geleegen inde Lange Beggijnestraat, met sijn Schuur, koetshuijs - en stallinge") between the Wijde and Nauwe Appelaarsteeg, the later building site of the Philarmonie ("Concertgebouw"). It includes 5 declarations concerning the (shared) construction and maintenance costs of an adjacent wall, chimney and gutter (1621-1684, two of which signed by the governors of the former Hofje van Codde), copies of the will of Pieter van Adrichem van Dorp and his wife Eva Maria de Kies van Wissen and a description of their property/ inventory upon the former's death (1729), as well as various deeds of sale and transport (1728-1845).
ADDED: public tender with building specifications and conditions for the construction of a "Tuin Orkest" for the Sociëteit "Vereeniging" (1876) and (partial) façade design/ plan for a building, measured according the "Amsterdamsche maat" (n.d.).
