= Comprises i.a.: a division of property of "Jan Janszoon van Sterrenburch ende Margaretha Gruijters" amongst their three daughters Elysabeth, Agnita and Artgen (dated 1587) and three documents concerning a property on the "oostzeijde van de korte Nieuwstraat daar zuijdwaards de heer professor Odé en noordwaards juffrouw de weduwe van Barend van Beeckum naast gelegen zijn" (dated 1737 (2x) and 1750).

= Miscellaneous collection of manuscript documents, all concerning property and/ or people in the province of Utrecht. The oldest document (dated "XV eenendetnegentich, desen XIX en meij") is a deed of transport for property and land in the "heerlickheijt ende jurisdictie van haer [Edele] die gravinne va arenbergen". Other places mentioned: Zuid-Polsbroek, Oostveen, Woerden and Renswoude. Some names: Jacob Arijenszoon Amersfoorter, Casparus Commelin junior), Nicolaas Houting, Pieter de Meijere and Jan Jacob van Westrenen.

Two letters and one card signed by "Lore (Sieskind)"/ "(Gerhard) Rolf Rothmann" and "Heinz Moses (Otto Vallinga)"/ "Gerhard en Isakov(?)", the first letter w. envelope, to "Beste Hennie"/ "Beste vrienden" and "Waarde Familie Vallinga"/ "Fam. Herman Smies", dated "22-III-45"/ "21.VII.45"/ "17.II.1945", pen and blue/ black ink, 2 lvs., recto only/ 3 lvs., recto and verso/ card, recto and verso, envelope addressed to "Mrs Hennie Smits", pencil/ pen and ink, recto and verso.

= Lore Sieskind was a member of the "Westerweelgroep", a Dutch resistance group founded in August 1942, helping so-called "Palestine pioneers" escape deportation to Kamp Westerbork and make their way to Palestine through France and Spain. After her arrest by the Nazi Security Police in Haarlem and subsequent release, Sieskind was brought to Brussels by Joop Westerweel in November 1943, while Rothmann received help crossing the Dutch-Belgian border near Tilburg from Herman Smies' wife, Hennie Smies-Vallinga. In January 1944, Sieskind arrived in Bordeaux with Heinz Moses, also known as "Otto" Vallinga, and went on to Toulouse where they met Rothmann. Eventually reaching Cádiz, Sieskind and Rothmann boarded the "Guine" on October 26, 1944 and arrived in the port of Haifa a week later. In the second letter, Rothmann also mentions Frits Siesel, who escaped Westerbork on February 25, 1944 and had also arrived in Palestine.

= Documents include (validated) declarations of expenses for drainage, maintenance and repairs done to mills, dikes and waterways; payment records and receipts, i.a. a record of expenses relating to the purchase of land in the Oude Veerpolder in Warmond (1630); a declaration of expenses and receipt of payment by (carpenter?) Cornelis Pieters Smit from Ter Aar (1666); a declaration of expenses regarding the Waterloospolder in Alkemade (1696, signed by the bailiff of Alkemade, one of the "poldermeesters" and the secretary of the Hoogheemraadschap Rijnland, Johan Hulshout), and a "stuiverbrief" with regards to the Geerpolder near Langeraar (1783). Other polders mentioned are the Bloklandse, Korteraarse, Noordeindse and Langeveldse polders.
