= A similar sideboard was designed by GERRIT RIETVELD for Metz & co. It was part of a modular system with the standard size of 30 centimeter. Our side board has different measurements, so probably not part of the modular system, but perhaps created with the dressoir in mind. Cf. Küper/ van Zijl, p.143 (no.183 (dressoir)).
