= The editor of this magazine, Jan Kucharzewski, was a Polish historian, lawyer and politician. Kucharzewski resided in Switzerland during the first years of World War I, where he wrote articles for the Polish cause. In 1917 he returned to Poland, where he would be the Prime Minister from 1917 to 1918.
