= Abraham Allard was probably a brother of Carel, whose name features on other copies of this map. Interestingly, this map also exists with the title "Ducatus Brabantiae, divisae in Hispanicam et Batavam (...) ditiones (...)". The present copy, dividing the southern Netherlands into an Austrian and a Dutch part instead of a Spanish and a Dutch part, must be a revised edition of the other version and published after the Treaty of Utrecht in 1713, and seems to be very rare. Not recorded by Koeman.

AND a copy of the 'Spanish' version: "Ducatus Brabantiae, divisae in Hispanicam et Batavam (...)" (contemp. handcol., w. the address of Carel Allard, ±1700. Browned/ sl. stained).
