= Rare. Complete series. The artist came originally from Germany, named Bernhard Heinrich, as an apprentice glazier. The original design for the heads of the sheep and kid goats are in the collection of the Rijksmuseum. According to annotation on mount, from the collection of churchmaster of Leyden Isaac van Buren (friend and benefactor of the artist) and tipped on this mount by him. His collection was sold in 1808.
