These Dutch prints form the most important, extensive and witty contribution to the contemporary discussion on the South Sea Bubble in England and the the Mississippi Bubble in France. Of great economical interest and documentary value. All bound copies differ in number of prints, but mostly have ±70 prints. "In neither of these [France and England] did there appear such a stout and extravagant piece as this Dutch volume" (Cole).
